We don't accept cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Refunds and Returns:

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item/s are not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
